We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Providing an ongoing contractual relationship, we remotely monitor, manage and update our clients’ technology infrastructure, systems and services. This includes data protection (a package of security and backup software) and remote assistance – removing the burden of IT management off of your plate and onto ours.
Data Protection Includes viral / malware protection and cloud backup. This cloud backup is 256 AES encrypted in both directions and remains encrypted in the cloud. The backup partners we use are HIPAA compliant. Optionally, we can provide onsite storage for speed, redundancy, and quick restores. |
Remote Assistance The industry standard software and products we use come complete with a remote management piece, allowing us to get instant warnings should anything go wrong. Most of these issues can be addressed without having to go on-site, or even logging on to your system. In the rare instance where machine access is required, we use encrypted virtual tunnels to securely connect to your machine. |
On-Site Services We offer upgrade and supply services on site to our managed service partners. This includes printers and scanners, and ink and toner. We can also install network drops and the necessary switch gear to add network capability. We can even move your entire operation to a new space. |
